General Provisions

77gb (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "Company") is an online gaming platform operated primarily for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of any service on the 77gb platform.

When you register on 77gb or use the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Giving any other person access to your account is prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77gb offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (ten times). This means that before withdrawing winnings from the bonus, you must wager ten times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
• Bonus funds must be used to play eligible games — the games specified in the relevant promotion apply.
• If an attempt is made to meet wagering requirements through artificial or irregular betting, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

77gb's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier — Bronze tier offers up to 0.2%, Silver 0.5%, Gold 0.8% and Platinum 1.0% weekly cashback. Moving to a higher tier depends on your continued activity on the platform. 77gb reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

Gaming Rules

All games offered on 77gb are operated by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others). The individual rules of each game apply.

• If the result of a game is uncertain or invalid due to a technical error, the bets for that round will be refunded.
• Attempting to exploit any bug or error in the game software is strictly prohibited.
• If game results are affected by a network disconnection, the data stored on the server will be treated as final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77gb platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and confiscation of deposited funds and winnings:

• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

All content on the 77gb platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software and other materials — are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by law.

• Reproducing, distributing or commercially using any content from 77gb without our written permission is prohibited.
• Assets belonging to third-party game providers are protected under their respective intellectual property policies.
• Attempting to disassemble or reverse-engineer the platform's technical infrastructure is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

77gb always strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, the Company will have no liability in the following circumstances:

• Temporary loss of access to the platform due to internet disconnection, power outages or any other reason.
• Technical issues related to third-party payment systems (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Service disruption caused by unforeseen events or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own carelessness.

In any case, 77gb's maximum liability will be limited to the amount you have deposited in connection with the relevant incident.

10.2 Account Closure by the User
